Mr Charles Nesbitt, BSc and BSc Hons

Managing Director

Charles is an established and experienced Geologist with significant experience in all facets of exploration, planning, reporting and tenement evaluation. With over 16 years of exploration experience Charles has been an integral part of identifying and exploring some of South Australia’s premier discoveries such as the Beverley 4 Mile project.

Charles founded the start up exploration company Red Belly Resources Pty Ltd and negotiated a deal with Private Mine owners for the mining and exploration rights to Private Mine 53 – Kitticoola AuCu Mine, Palmer, South Australia. He also secured the 1700km2 tenement holding between Yalata and the Jacinth Ambrosia heavy mineral sands mine in the Eucla Basin under subsidiary company Fowler Resources Pty Ltd (previously known as Great Wheal Orford Mine Pty Ltd).

Mr Bryn Jones, BAppSc, MMinEng, FAusIMM
Director

Bryn Jones joined the board of Fowler Resources in February 2015. Bryn is an Industrial Chemist with extensive experience in the uranium industry, particularly in the development and operation of In-Situ Recovery (ISR) mines gained during his time at Heathgate Resources, the operator of the Beverley Uranium Mine. Bryn has also worked for Worley Parsons on the Olympic Dam Expansion Project and consulted on various ISR operations around the world. Bryn is a Director of Uranium Equities, since 2009, and was Managing Director until March 2014. Bryn is also Managing Director of PhosEnergy Limited and brings a wealth of knowledge and industry contacts for raising capital in a capital constrained market.

Mr Conrad Wilkins, BE (Chem) Hons, MBA

Company Secretary

Conrad is a metallurgist and MBA graduate with experience in managing projects and performing engineering design from conception to operation in the mining and minerals, and oil and gas markets, since 2003.

Conrad’s attributes include a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative attitude. Conrad’s experience in design, operations, business and commercial management gives Conrad the ability to assess a project from a holistic view point, offering a different insight to projects and key areas to concentrate on for success.
